Capital Requirements

This is a list of current issues. We expect there will be other items added on an ongoing basis. On behalf of your volunteer committee, we ask for your support, consideration, and prayers as we embark on this necessary and ambitious project.

  • Stonework around entrance to the church.

  • Repairs to steps at church entrance

  • Water drainage issue on the graveyard side of the church, and the replacement of basement window wells plus grading.

  • Cleaning and repair of gutters on church and house.

  • Drainage between church and house

  • Steps from the parking lot to the walkway need repair along with handrails.

  • Stain glass windows on south side of church need repair.

  • Floor in the main entrance of the church to be repaired/replaced.

  • Replacement of carpet in the church.

  • Painting of the windows, trim, and wood shingles on the side of the church.

  • Other stones on church may be needing replacement down the road as they are breaking down and require costly treatment to prevent this.

  • Church furnace is nearing its end of life.

  • Repair to headstones in St. Mary’s and St. Alexis cemeteries.

  • Repair or remove the vault.
